2. Consultation Services
2.1 Cancellation Policy
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund available
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund available
- Less than 12 hours notice: No refund available
2.2 Refund Process
Refunds for consultation services will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method used for the booking.
3. Web Development Projects
3.1 Project Cancellation
- Before project commencement: Full refund minus any setup costs
- During development phase: Refund based on work completed and materials used
- After project completion: No refund available
3.2 Refund Calculation
For projects canceled during development, refunds will be calculated as follows:
- Total project cost minus work completed (billed at hourly rate)
- Minus any third-party costs (domain, hosting, etc.)
- Minus 10% administrative fee
4. Digital Marketing Services
4.1 Service Cancellation
- Monthly services: Can be canceled with 30 days notice
- Campaign-based services: No refund for completed campaigns
- Ongoing services: Prorated refund for unused portion
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered as agreed
- Technical issues preventing service delivery
- Client cancellation within the specified timeframes
- Force majeure events preventing service delivery
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Domain name registrations
- Third-party software licenses
- Completed design work (if client approved)
- Marketing campaigns that have been executed
- Consultation sessions that have been conducted

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 3-5 business days
- Razorpay: 2-3 business days
